All the features. Hyper personalization. Exceptional security. PLUS a national team of experts and 40+ years in regulatory communications.

That’s the advantage of CCM360 — a superior, cloud-based platform coupled with DCM’s deep digital expertise and decades of experience in banking, healthcare, energy, and other regulated sectors.

It’s a fully managed solution that seamlessly combines regulatory and marketing content across all customer communications. Bills. Statements. Letters. Policy updates. Every touchpoint is an opportunity to build your brand and strengthen loyalty — while ensuring tight regulatory compliance.

“We work with most of the tier-one banks and insurance providers in Canada, and all levels of government. Regulatory communication is simply part of our DNA,” says Steve Livingstone, SVP Digital Solutions at DCM. “We truly understand the communication challenges that come with this kind of environment — including the need to operate at the highest standards of security and data protection.”

DCM’s security credentials include SOC2-Type II, PCI-DSS, full PIPEDA and OSFI compliance, Protected B-clearance for all employees, and ISO 27001 certification.

Key features include a powerful composition engine, which enables users to create dynamic content through intuitive templates. Messages are highly personalized while core regulatory and branding elements remain locked down.

“And features like the ability to access and interact with digital statements is a huge plus for customers,” says Steve Livingstone. “They have more control and insight on their data, helping to increase satisfaction while letting our clients do more with less.”

Digital adoption is a big part of the CCM360 strategy. “By offering customers compelling marketing messages along with the convenience of e-presentment and archiving, you encourage them to go digital at every opportunity,” says Livingstone.

It’s a true end-to-end solution: Fully managed. The highest level of security. And one customer journey.

Enter Zavy, a software platform recently acquired by DCM that helps you make your socials more effective through features like:

Side-by-side comparisons with competitors

DCM has earned a coveted spot among Canada’s Top Growing Companies, a national ranking compiled annually by the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business (ROB) Magazine. It’s an impressive list that spans a wide range of sectors, and features innovators and trail blazers who are making waves in their respective fields. For 2024, DCM’s standing was #380 among a total of 416 firms.

“Being one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies speaks to our very strategic, purposeful growth over the past few years,” said Richard Kellam, DCM’s President & CEO. “Our solid revenue increase in 2022 was followed by a transformative acquisition in 2023 that nearly doubled our size and significantly expanded our products and services.”

The ROB rankings are based on revenue growth over the previous three years—i.e. 2021 to 2023 for the 2024 ranking. DCM’s revenue jump for that period came in at a whopping 73%.

And DCM continues to expand and evolve its offering. Along with the acquisition of Moore Canada Corporation (MCC) in 2023, DCM more recently acquired Zavy, a leader in social media analytics and management. Zavy will play a crucial role in helping DCM clients track, measure, and evaluate media metrics and data to optimize social enagement and campaigns.

DCM has also invested heaviliy in new technology across its print network, and is Canada’s #1 reseller of digital signage by Videri.

“Considering the comprehensiveness of our print and digital solutions, along with capabilities like our Zavy social analytics,” said Richard Kellam, “we’re well-set-up for the future.”

Helping FIs streamline communications and operations

Financial institutions today are raising the bar for digital enablement and service innovation.

Behind the scenes, however, they often struggle with communicating on a large scale.

We help them overcome the challenges of having fragmented marketing and sales teams push out high volumes of sensitive, personalized information.

Tighten security and
compliance

Data integrity and cybersecurity are the #1 priority for most FIs today. Our solutions keep information consistent and secure while allowing frontline teams to personalize and segment communications for a more relevant customer experience.

Use case: Working with a leading alternative lender specializing in personal loans and private-label credit card programs, we developed a solution with:

  • Configurable approval workflows
  • Natural language content targeting
  • Single-pass composition to ensure print-digital consistency
  • Streamlined customization
  • Compliance with geographic regulations

Data security

  • SOC 2 (SAS 70)
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
  • Restricted access to data centres
  • Closed loop automated document factory (ADF) – data centre & production environment

Personnel security

  • Annual IT awareness training
  • Criminal background checks
  • Financial checks
  • RCMP Level B reliability status

Physical security

  • CCTV monitoring
  • Badge access to facility and critical areas
  • Built-in redundancy

Empower frontline teams

Scattered or remote teams must be able to create and execute campaigns—but financial marketing campaigns must also be compliant and on-brand.

We enable FIs to have it both ways—frontline flexibility with backend control and oversight.

Use case: For a Schedule 1 bank looking to streamline sales communication, our DCMFlex™ solution has allowed our client to:

  • Automate kitting and shipping processes
  • Give users 24-7 access to marketing resources
  • Improve decision-making and sales coaching through more detailed reporting
  • Transition 11 of 15 administrative positions into higher-value, sales-generating roles

Support sustainability

Consumers today want to know the brands they’re doing business with are operating sustainably—and are working with ethical partners and vendors.

DCM’s comprehensive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy includes firm targets around carbon and waste reduction, as well as a reforestation program through which we’ve replanted over a million trees.

Use case: We’re able to replant trees equal to 100% of our clients’ print consumption, at no cost to them, through our partnership with PrintReleaf.

That progress can be tracked by our clients’ customers through QR codes that link to a custom PrintReleaf dashboard.

See DCM’s reforestation dashboard here.

Reduce costs, improve efficiency, increase patient safety

To you and your clinical staff, quality patient care is a mission. To your patients, it is an experience measured in time and attention – an experience that begins the moment they enter your facility and often continues long after they leave it.

How RFID tracking helps you deliver better care

    Know where critical equipment is
      • 10% – 20% mobile assets are lost or stolen
      • 75% of scheduled maintenance time is spent looking for item

Manage inventory levels & costs effectively
      • 30% — the amount most organizations over-purchase in consumables to prevent running short
      • 40% — typical pharmacy spend on rush orders and non-contact items

Spend more time on patient care
      • 10% – 30% of nurses’ time is spent searching for portable medical equipment

    Respectfully keep vulnerable patients safe
      • RFID helps balance patient freedom with patient safety

    What is RFID?

Radio frequency identification, or RFID, uses radio waves to communicate between an RFID reader and an electronic tag affixed to an object. Each tag is encoded with a unique identifier that is tied to a database. Tags can be read using handheld or mobile readers, shelf or tabletop readers, or readers that can be installed at doorways or in custom configurations.

    Where RFID supports healthcare

    • Equipment/asset tracking
    • Item-level inventory visibility
    • Supply chain management
    • Patient/people monitoring
    • Staff utilization
    • Document/data file management
    • IT asset tracking
    • Specimen and test samples
    • Medication verification
    • Ambulance inventory
    • Hazardous materials and waste
    • Clinical trials
    • Loss prevention
    • Surgical instrument tracking
    • Equipment and patient tracking portal solutions
    • Smart cabinet / smart shelf solutions for medication and high-value supply inventory control
    • Operating room case/cart tracking and management
    • Patient triage, transport and identification as well as family reunification during a mass evacuation

    Getting the right fit

There is no “one size fits all” solution for tracking and managing equipment, assets and patients in a healthcare environment. The key is choosing the right technology for your application – the one that provides the information you need, as often as you need it, at a price point you can justify.

    Getting started

Contact your DCM Healthcare Solutions account executive. They will work with you to help you assess:

    • What are your points of greatest pain?
    • What do you need to change?
    • What data do you really need (vs. what would be nice to know)?
    • Does the cost-benefit potential look positive?
    • Is RFID the right solution?

DCM provides some of Canada’s largest healthcare organizations with compliant, secure enterprise solutions. Through our highly experienced team and powerful technology, we improve your information systems so you can keep your focus on caring for patients.
