I have worked for some top companies in North America over my career and I have never been happier than at DCM. The forward-thinking culture here is infectious. I started in 1999 as a guillotine operator, and with the guidance and encouragement of many amazing managers and role models throughout the years, promotional opportunities were presented to me. I believe DCM recognizes the value of all their staff, and strives to promote from within when possible to ensure that the quality and standards that the company is known for are maintained.
Working at DCM Burlington has allowed me a chance to follow a career path in graphics communications. From the moment I began as an intern to my current full-time role, the DCM family has supported, inspired, and challenged me both professionally and personally. As part of this diverse and skilled team, I continue to have opportunity for advancement and to develop my creative and technical talents to bring customer concepts to graphic life.
