Why ESG matters to DCM

We’re continually striving to be better corporate citizens. Not simply because it’s the right thing to do, but because we want to create the kind of world—and workplace—that encourages everyone to protect the environment, help each other out, and act with integrity.

What’s important to us

A greener planet

We’re replacing our paper consumption by replanting an equivalent number of reforested trees—over 1.5 million so far—in carefully selected locations.

More sustainable operations

We are committed to having 75% of our suppliers by spend (covering purchased goods and services, and upstream transportation and distribution) implement science-based targets by 2026.

Less greenhouse gas

We will track our GHG emissions annually and implement measures to reduce our scope 1 and scope 2 GHG emissions by 44% in 2030 (compared to 2020).

Stronger communities

We’re the strategic partner and digital agency of record for Habitat for Humanity Canada, providing support that includes pro bono services amplifying their brand.

A more diverse workplace

Through our partnership with Global Learning Inc. and our dedicated DEI Council, we strive to ensure all our associates feel empowered, supported, and included.
