Challenge
The large-scale complexity of lottery production requires constant oversight and exceptional print capacity. The industry is heavily regulated, making compliance and quality control critical. And scalability is a must for the large print runs that quickly ramp up and down throughout the year. For over two decades, DCM has met these challenges for Canada’s largest lottery provider.
Solution
We produce more than 300,000 thermal rolls and up to 40 million selection slips a year for our client. Every printed piece must meet the most rigorous QC. Weekly inventory reporting provides clear visibility into stock levels, while warehousing across multiple DCM facilities helps ensure stock is always available. With deep experience and a relentless focus on improvement, we continue to deliver superior performance.
