DCM Teams up with Habitat for Humanity Canada to Build a Stronger Brand

For over 35 years, Habitat for Humanity Canada has been dramatically improving the lives of thousands of Canadians. In 2019 alone, 267 low-income working families—over 1,000 people, including almost 600 children—became new homeowners by partnering with Habitat in Canada. These include Indigenous families, single-parent families, newcomers to Canada, and people requiring homes with accessibility accommodations.

DCM is now proud to be partnering with this incredible organization. We recognize that affordable home ownership is critical to a family’s stability, health, and employment prospects. So we’re providing strategic marketing support that will help Habitat for Humanity Canada more effectively deliver its message and maximize the impact of its brand.

We’re also pleased to help drive the community pride and involvement that Habitat fosters through volunteering opportunities (engaging at-risk youth, for example) and through donation to ReStore. ReStores are home and building supply stores that accept and resell new and used materials. They not only make high-quality building supplies affordable, but also divert them away from landfills—and generate income for Habitat’s home-building efforts. Read about how Perennial | DCM’s marketing expertise has helped ReStore strengthen its message and reshape its in-store experience.

Since 1985, almost 4,000 families in Canada have gained access to affordable housing through Habitat for Humanity Canada—and globally, Habitat has helped more than 29 million people. DCM is now helping Habitat build on that strength, providing support that will help the communities in which we work, enabling the families within them to live with hope and dignity.
